Join Baking and Pastry Art Instructors Tammy Crocker and Marieke Nijenhuis for a hands-on afternoon dedicated to the art of artisan bread.
Whether you’re a total beginner or a "bread-head" looking to refine your crust, this four-hour intensive takes the mystery out of wild yeast. We’ll dive into the science of how sourdough actually works, how to keep a starter thriving, and the hands-on techniques of mixing, shaping, and scoring. From reading bulk fermentation cues to mastering home-baking methods, you’ll leave feeling confident—not overwhelmed.
